이런 무시무시한 오류가 나면서 더이상 진행이 안된다.
apt 설치 업그레이드 전부 안된다.
OS를 재설치해야하나 고민을 많이 했는데
이럴때는 dpkg의 관련 정보를 삭제해주고 다시 받으면 된다.
rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/libc-bin.* apt-get clean apt-get update apt-get upgrade
